EBSL is a private company registered in Trinidad & Tobago. In April 2002, EBSL was granted a license by the Ministry of National Security to operate a security agency in Trinidad & Tobago
EBSL has been a corporate member of the International Bodyguard and Security Services Association (IBSSA) since May 2001, and is recognized in ninety (90) countries around the Globe.
